特別地，聚祥全自動卸磚打包系統是當前暢銷的墻材企業生產服務方案。該系統由卸磚、編組、打包三部分模塊組成，擁有8項國家專利技術，已優化更新至第六代，實現每小時打包3萬塊標磚，不僅幫助墻材企業降低生產成本，還可大大提升墻材運輸效率。該服務方案榮獲全國建材機械行業科學技術獎和山東省機械工業科學技術獎。
Specifically, the full-automatic bricks unloading& packing system is the most popular problem solving plan as for now.Thissystem is combined with 3 modules: brick unloading module, programming moduleand the packing module. This system has upgraded to the 6th generation and won8 national patents. This system could pack 30 thousand standard bricks perhour,which could not only help our clients to reduce the cost, but also improvethe efficiency of transportation of bricks. Therefore,this system has won thehighest nationwide and provincewide awards in this industry.
固廢處理循環裝備研發制造是聚祥在2021年開創的業務領域。基于深耕磚瓦建材行業多年的經驗，聚祥敏銳捕捉在城市污泥無害化、資源化方向的業務機遇，乘綠色循環經濟之東風，組建由高校教授、行業專家及資深工程師構成的研究團隊，開展該領域的技術及裝備研發，研、投、產一體化協同推進。目前，研究成果正在山東等地推廣應用, 污泥處置效果得到政府部門充分認可。該方案不僅助力城市污泥無害化、資源化、減量化處置，更為廣大墻材生產企業的轉型升級提供有效途徑，創造了可持續發展的難得機遇。2023年7月，該研究成果被山東省科學技術廳、山東省生態環境廳列入《2023年山東省綠色低碳技術成果目錄》，2023年9月，該研究成果榮獲全國墻體屋面材料行業科學技術獎。
the solid waste processing and recycling industry isthe brand new business line as for JUXIANG.Based on years of experience inbuilding material industry, JUXIANG seizes the opportunity in processing andrecycling municipal sludge in 2021, follows the prosperity of the greencircular economy in China and build aR&D team composed by professors,specialists and engineers to dedicate tothe innovation and development of this new area. As so far, technologies andequipments which are developed by this team are widely applied in Shandongprovince, and the effects of this project is widely approved and highlyrecommended by local governments. This solution could not only help processingand recycling municipal sludge, but also provide a new resolution for thosetraditional brick manufacturing enterprises who are seeking transition. In July2023, this project has been listed as one of the yearly green and low-carbonachievements in Shangdong by local government. In September 2023, this projectwon the highest award in the building material industry.
